I don’t see you as a problem to solve.

I’m interested in understanding how the ways you think, feel, and respond make sense in the context of what you’ve lived through and what you’ve had to adapt to.

I work systemically, which means we’ll look not only at what’s happening inside of you, but also at the relationships, family patterns, culture, expectations, and environments that have shaped you. That includes the world you’re living in now. I won’t pretend that larger social pressures, uncertainty, or disconnection aren’t affecting you, and I won’t reduce every struggle to something happening solely within you.

My work is informed by Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, attachment theory, mindfulness, body awareness, and experiential therapy.

I can’t make life less painful or uncertain, but I can help you build the capacity to navigate it, develop greater trust in yourself, and create more space for joy, excitement, connection, and the parts of life that make you feel most alive

I will not rescue you, for you are not powerless.
I will not fix you, for you are not broken.
I will not heal you, for I see you in your wholeness.
I will walk with you through the darkness,
as you remember your light.
