Hi, I’m Kate
I offer warm, collaborative therapy where all parts of you are welcome.
I look forward to meeting you
I’m a pre-licensed Marriage and Family therapist, comedy lover, and avid TV watcher. I’m happiest floating in a body of water, and you’ll rarely see me without some combination of coffee, sparkling water, and Diet Coke nearby.
I offer therapy services in Atlanta, GA for individuals and couples navigating anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, neurodivergence, self-doubt, burnout, life transitions, spirituality, and existential questions about meaning, identity, and purpose.
You deserve a space where you can show up as you are, make sense of what you’ve been carrying, and feel supported as you figure out what comes next.

A good fit is important
The people I work with are often thoughtful, curious, creative, and intuitive. They’re often sick of feeling stuck in patterns that just aren’t working anymore and may know what they want to do differently but still struggle to actually do it. Many are navigating anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, neurodivergence, burnout, self-doubt, life transitions, or bigger questions about meaning and identity.
How I work
I don’t see you as a problem to solve. I work systemically, which means I’m interested not only in what’s happening inside of you, but also in the relationships, family patterns, culture, expectations, and environments that impact you.
My work is informed by Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, attachment theory, mindfulness, body awareness, and experiential therapy.
In plain language, that means we may explore different parts of you, notice what’s happening in your body and in the room, make space for hard feelings, and get clearer about what matters to you and how you want to move forward.
