I offer individual therapy for clients ages 16 and older.

Couples Therapy: I use Emotionally Focused Therapy to help couples better understand their relationship patterns, strengthen connection, and navigate conflict.
Family Therapy: I utilize family systems and structural family therapy to explore relationship patterns, roles, boundaries, and dynamics within the family.
50 minute individual session: $160
50 minute couple/family session: $180
When I’m able, I’m open to discussing a reduced rate.
If cost is a concern, please feel free to reach out to talk about options.
I can also provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
75 and 90 minute sessions are available at an additional cost
All major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards are accepted.
